Audi Q5 – Providing Space in Style
When Audi first introduced their major breakthrough vehicle into the 4×4 SUV sector, the Q7, it really did take the market by storm. Of course this was at a time when the brand of Audi was growing at a serious rate and the release of this vehicle certainly gave them a big lift. After a while though, and like with anything new, evolution kicks in and new ideas and designs become in demand. It is no secret that the Q7 did have one or two problems and so Audi introduced the Q5, which is a smaller and more compact version. Available in three different types; standard, SE and S-Line, the new and used Audi Q5 is externally appealing and internally comfortable, which combine to make a bold and head turning machine. Less “boxy” and more natural, the Q5 is a muscular, but smooth unit that marks many improvements on the Q7. It is smaller and less bulky, which will appeal to a different type of audience, but it is every bit as good in terms of specifications. Audi themselves say that the new and used Audi Q5 is the “most streamlined and aerodynamic car in its class”. The standard version includes a 2.0 litre TFSI engine and 2.0 litre TDI engine, which are part of Audi’s new “more fuel efficient” engines; and therefore save energy when the car is stationed. Seventeen inch six spoke alloy wheels is what the unit sits on and this also comes with a tyre mobility system. All in all then the Q5 from Audi is on its way to creating its own piece of history, much like its predecessor, the Q7.
